Abstract

This research provides a comparative study of Mexico, Philippines and Indonesia related to PIM and IMT Policy. The research finds out some important aspects in dealing with irrigation sustainability: institutional development of WUAs, clear water rights, irrigation ownership, balance between responsibility and authority, independency of irrigation agency, and economic incentives.
