Abstract
The plans of the RegioTram in Groningen has been stopped by the 1st of January 2013. But why? Was it because of the protest of the inhabitants, or was it because of a lack of financial sources? Main reason was the second. The municipality didn't have enough money to continue with the tram, but the appearance of a lot of protest has been used to communicate to the outside world. There hasn't been honest communication about the real reason. An interesting conclusion!
