Abstract

This study studies the role of social networks in the subjective social well-being of Ghanaian migrants in the Netherlands. The study tries to provide some insight in the lives of the Ghanaian migrants, by interviewing migrants on their social networks within church, with friends and family within The Netherlands as well as Ghana and by observing the migrants in social settings. These data are used to explore their social well-being.
