Abstract
In 2018, a cooperation network between over 40 parties in the region of Zwolle started to exist, called Climate Campus. The aim of this network is to make the region of Zwolle adaptable to the consequences of climate change. At the moment Climate Campus is only a network of different parties; it does not have a physical location yet. In order to upscale their operations, they want to know the potential of Climate Campus. Therefore they want to know what the agglomeration benefits and externalities are of a climate change adaptation cluster in the region Zwolle.
