Abstract

To deal with land scarcity and urbanism impact, government releases seriously a multi-storey housing plan, through the policy of multi-storey housing development and commits to build 60.000 units of rental flat in the National Middle Term Development Plan, 2004-2009. To execute the state mandate above, Directorate General Human Settlement (DGoHS) is responsible to implement the policy of multi-storey housing development. DGoHS makes Program and Strategic Plan in term of 2005-2009, which plan to build 30.000 units of Rusunawa (Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa)/Low Cost Rental Flat.
