Abstract

The main objective is to gain insight into the subject ‘sustainability’. This research contribute to the decision making process of investment managers, regarding sustainability. This objective leads to the following problem definition: Does sustainability influence the policies of stakeholders and if so, to what extent in commercial real estate investment funds?
