Abstract

Dit onderzoek geeft inzicht in het strategisch beslissingsproces van Nederlandse particuliere vastgoedbeleggers. Met behulp van de belangrijkste theorieën behavioral finance en het consumer behavior is de basis gecreëerd van het strategisch beslissingsproces. Vanuit de praktische benadering is het proces verder aangevuld. Met als eindresultaat een rationeler en objectiever beslissingsproces.
