Abstract
Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) is a new way of travel that has the potential of changing the way the mobility system works, towards more sustainable and efficient forms of mobility. In this research scenarios for future development of MaaS in the city of Groningen have been constructed to get insight in its possible opportunities and threats. The results from the scenarios help deal with future uncertainty and serve as input and guidance for future policymaking with regards to MaaS.
