Abstract
This thesis tries to provide more insight in this problem and provides an answer to the following question: ““Is there a difference in the effect of mobility access on house prices between urban, suburban and rural areas within the Netherlands? The research question is answered by doing a quantitative analysis using secondary data. This thesis suggests that there is no relation between the access to mobility and house prices. Therefore, there is no difference in the effect of mobility access on house prices between urban, suburban and rural areas within the Netherlands.
