Abstract
This thesis focuses on global diversification potentials for privately held real estate portfolios in the Netherlands. The study takes the perspective of a Dutch based private investor investing in properties and considering diversifying this portfolio globally. By including foreign real estate assets to a Dutch portfolio the risk-return profile improves.
