Abstract
Public transportation is an essential needs to move people from origin to destination which it requires a superior services and performances to be more attractive for people, particularly in term of time efficiency and accessibility. Dealing with this, public transportation should be integrated, not only in physical and operational aspects, but also in institutional aspect. Doing the institutional public transport integration, three level of designing the institution are in micro level (intra-modes), meso level (inter-modes) and macro level (public transport integration with urban system). Additionally, building the institutional integration of public transport can be conducted through several stages are creation, development, reform, decline and demise.
