By means of semi-structured interviews, policy analysis and document analysis a comparative case study is conducted between the two cities. It was found that the leadership styles between in the two cities differ. Ridwan Kamil in Bandung was found to be a City-Boss whereby Sergio Fajardo’s leadership style is a dynamic mix of a Visionary and City-Boss.
