%X This Master thesis is an attempt to explore industry considerations about cross-border real estate decisions. The motivation is to reveal what considerations are taken into account when looking to invest in new markets. Even though a lot is written, clear criteria and indicators taken into account both investors, developers and corporate occupiers, preferably is numbers, comparing markets for real estate opportunities remains a serious challenge.
