abstract: Onderzoek naar de institutionele barrières die optreden bij de implementatie van complexe transit-oriented development projecten. Dit onderzoek richt zich specifiek op het geval van de Zuidas. De institutionele barrières die naar voren zijn gekomen hebben veelal betrekking tot het grote aantal actoren wat bij het project betrokken was. Dit veroorzaakte problemen op het gebied van samenwerking en financiering. De institutionele barrières die naar voren zijn gekomen bij het project Zuidas worden in dit onderzoek vergeleken met bestaande literatuur over institutionele barrières bij transit-oriented development projecten.
