These kinds of projects tend to generate a lot of resistance and therefore it is important to consider the concept of social acceptance early on in the decision-making process of the RES, instead of only when the projects resulting from the RES will be carried out. At the moment the focus seems to be on the latter and therefore a process-scheme is proposed to identify when and how social acceptance might be incorporated in the decision-making process of the RES. date: 2019 date_type: published thesis_type: master degree_programme: SP tutors_name: Kann, F.M.G. van keywords_local: Energy Policy keywords_local: Regional Governance keywords_local: Planning Process keywords_local: Renewable Energy keywords_local: Social acceptance keywords_local: Regional Energy Strategy keywords_local: RES keywords_local: Energy Transition language_iso: en titleorder: Social Acceptance in the Regional Energy Strategy (RES) dbi: 5d8b2ddb4b614 imported_item: yes date_of_import: 2020-04-22 imported_from: http://scripties.frw.eldoc.ub.rug.nl/root/ma/Plan/2019/megraff/ import_source_file: theses-frw-20200422132455-5d8b2ddb4b614.xml date_issued: 2019-01-01 citation: Graff, M.E.
