%X Adaptation strategies to cope with climate change become increasingly desirable to be implemented in the small island’s community. Small islands with its limitation are ever more vulnerable. The high dependency of its natural resources requires an integrated management among aspects such as social, political and intellectual. These three aspects are also prominent capital to enhance local adaptive capacity, which could be assessed and evaluated through the Adaptive Capacity Wheel.
