abstract: In dit onderzoek is een ‘locatiezoekmodel’ ontwikkeld, waarmee vastgoedontwikkelaars locaties kunnen vergelijken door gebruik te maken van criteria. Het resultaat is een rangschikking van de gemeenten op interessantheid. Er wordt gekeken naar drie deelmarkten op de vastgoedmarkt: woningmarkt, bedrijfspandenmarkt en de voorzieningenmarkt.
