%D 2015 %X This thesis focusses on organisation involved with the food sustainability of the University of Groningen and the University of Oldenburg. Actors from both universities where interviewed and a view of both organizations created to give insight to the organizational structure of both universities. The main difference between both organizations was that in Groningen, there is a multi layered hierarchical structure, while in Oldenburg this organization is much more horizontal and there are less actors involved. %L theses_frw2488 %A G.J.
