This is done through the documentation study of the official documentation for the data on the infrastructural modifications and number of the tourist arrivals in the study area and whole Russia, and in-depth semi-structured interviews with three residents and three experts. The results showed that tourism in Sochi has changed and increased significantly during and after the Olympics.
