In order to implement social sustainability, IBA need to engage stakeholders within the neighbourhood such the district management office, social sustainability contractors, developers and landscape architects. By looking into the case study of the neighbourhood of Neu Leopoldau, expert interview were conducted and the results analysed to explain the role IBA play in enhancing social sustainability of social housing at neighbouthood level.
