In this study, the best spatial location for fix and flip property flipping is visualized using GIS maps. The area around Limburg, S’hertogenbosch and Zeeland is found to be the most profitable. Furthermore, the key characteristics of fix and flip properties found in this study are that these properties are older, cheaper and smaller than the average house. Finally, a multiple linear regression showed that time between sale and offering and property area size are the best predictors for a profitable fix and flip. This study does not account for renovation costs. date: 2022 pages: 34 thesis_type: bachelor degree_programme: SGP tutors_name: Liu, X. tutors_organization: Fac.
