abstract: In navolging van de theorie van de ontwikkelingseconoom Hernando De Soto is er in Bolivia sinds 2003 een project van start gegaan die erin voorziet om op massale schaal stedelijk eigendom te reguleren. In deze thesis is in de stad Cochabamba onderzocht of de theorie gelijk houdt met de praktijk.
