TY - UNPB EP - 22 TI - THE INFLUENCE OF INSTITUTIONAL AMBIGUITY ON DECISION-MAKING IN INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS: THE CASE OF THE DUTCH LELYLIJN AV - public Y1 - 2023/// A1 - Meulen, B. van der UR - https://frw.studenttheses.ub.rug.nl/4388/ M1 - pre_master N2 - Oftentimes in modern day infrastructure projects, construction is delayed due to uncertainty, leading to delays. This affects the success rate of the infrastructure project, and thus it is relevant to find reasons behind this. Literature has suggested that institutional ambiguity plays a role in decision-making, which in the end creates most of the delays. This study tried to follow-up on this claim by doing a case study after the Dutch Lelylijn project. Based on various interviews, the study partly verifies the theoretical claim in the Lelylijn case. In the discussion, the research question is answered and some theoretical and practical implications are discussed. ID - theses_frw4388 ER -
