abstract: Urban development requires flexible and innovative approaches. Traditional spatial analyses assume predictable outcomes, but integrating sustainability shifts project management towards social, environmental, and economic impacts. Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) exemplify diverse contract forms fostering varied innovations. This research investigates how PPPs can enhance innovation in infrastructure projects by addressing barriers and optimizing methodologies, aiming to understand differing innovation maturity and promote sustainable development within infrastructural PPP contracts.
