%T Who is the entrepreneur?
%X Are all entrepreneurs the same type of people? In a lot of research the group of entrepreneurs is considered to be homogeneous. But is this really the case? This thesis aims to find out whether there is geographical variation in the personalities between entrepreneurs in Leeuwarden and Amsterdam. This is done by making use of the Big-5 personality framework. The presence of the traits openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism are tested by the Big-5 test. By making use of a multiple linear regression, it is found whether there is variation in the personalities of entrepreneurs in Leeuwarden and Amsterdam.
