Abstract
This research focuses on the determinants for implemention of earthquake resilient building regarding earthquake damages in the province of Groningen. This province experiences regular earthquake due to the gas extraction in the area and the society is suffering economically, socially and physically. By improving the physical aspect by implementing earthquake resilient building, also the other two aspect will improve. The province of Groningen will eventually be a resilient community.
