Abstract

Deze scriptie geeft inzicht in de vestigingsplaatskeuze van spin-offs. Belangrijkste conclusie is dat de vestigingsplaatskeuze van een spin-off door drie factoren worden beïnvloed: moederorganisatie, sociale relaties en de overige locatiefactoren. De vestigingsplaatskeuze is een spanningsveld tussen de verschillende factoren. Sociale relaties begrenzen het gebied waarbinnen de vestigingsplaats wordt gezocht.
