Abstract

Adolescents’ perceptions on relationships and sexual behaviour were studied within the cultural and socio-economic context of Kampala, Uganda. A qualitative study was performed at a mixed secondary day school in Kampala. Based on the results, a theoretical framework is proposed that shows important contextual aspects for studying adolescents’ sexual behaviour.
