Abstract

Deze scriptie behandelt de ontwikkeling van de Hortusbuurt. Het gaat hierbij om de invloed van verschillende actoren op deze ontwikkeling. Centraal staat de discussie over de bouwplannen van de universiteit in de Hortusbuurt.
