Afer the shift on IT Technology and digital planning tools that incorporate the necessary software to add a value in this urban planning process. Within the broad scope of public participation, citizen willingness is of crucial importance and the purpose is to identify a way that ensures a more robust place for citizen’s involvement in decision-making. This research is presented in an effort to encourage the intersection of digital planning tools, planners and citizens for an active and effective collaboration.
