Abstract
Private involvement in infrastructure planning has consequences for the environmental quality of infrastructure projects. Integrality over space (from a line perspective towards an area perspective by incorporating spatial initiatives) and integrality over time (no staged processes and applying intertwinement of procedures) can enhance the environmental quality of infrastructure projects.
