Abstract
This research I focuses on the valuation process from an investors point of view. The relationship between appraiser and investor is changed due to current market conditions, therefore I conducted research designed to establish an innovative and more standardized method to reflect the risk premium in a more transparent way. The scope of this thesis is the Dutch 'retail' real estate market.
