Abstract
An investigation is carried out to start a Factory Outlet Centre in the North of the Netherlands. The effects of three existing FOC’s are transferred with the aid of multi-criteria analyses into a set of selection criteria. GIS is used to select locations in the province Groningen and additional requirements are specified.
